1. Owner and Property
Azienda Agro-Turistica F.lli Raffaelli — Legoli, Peccioli (PI), Tuscany.
Perfetta Armonia is a non-hotel accommodation facility (glamping/agritourism) operating in compliance with Tuscan regulations on agritourism establishments.
2. Bookings
Bookings are considered confirmed only following explicit written confirmation from the property and payment of the required deposit. A request submitted via the contact form does not constitute a confirmed booking.
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: by 11:00 AM
- Early arrivals and late departures: subject to request and availability
3. Cancellation Policy
At the time of booking, guests can choose between two rates, each with different cancellation terms:
- Flexible rate: free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, with full refund of the deposit. For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Non-refundable rate (10% discount on the stay price): payment is taken in advance and is non-refundable under any circumstances, except as otherwise required by law.
- In case of no-show: the full stay amount will be charged
Travel insurance with cancellation coverage is recommended.
4. Guests and Capacity
Each suite accommodates a maximum of 2 adults. It is not permitted to host more guests than indicated at the time of booking. Access for children is subject to availability and prior notice.
5. Pets
Pets are allowed only with explicit prior agreement with the property. Any damage caused by pets is the owner's responsibility.
6. Conduct and Respect for the Property
Perfetta Armonia is a private property, immersed in an active agricultural ecosystem. Guests are asked to respect the quiet, the flora, the fauna, and the estate's activities. Disruptive noise is prohibited after 11:00 PM and before 8:00 AM.
7. Liability
The property is not liable for theft, damage, or accidents caused by guests' negligence. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the facilities, furnishings, and equipment during their stay.
8. Experiences and Activities
Farm experiences (olive harvest, rose workshop, tastings) are subject to seasonality and availability. The property reserves the right to modify or cancel activities due to force majeure or adverse weather conditions.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Pisa has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
